We carefully prepare every POOFIE Puppy Starter Kit to ensure it arrives beautifully packaged and ready to welcome a new furry family member.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship across the European Union.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
